GROSEN GUESTHOUSE

Grosen is a small and cosy guesthouse opened in 2013. It stands out for being environmentally friendly and its cleanliness. It features natural varnished oak floors.

It also comprised 2 apartments holding 4/6 persons, located next to the guesthouse, in Navarra Avenue.

It is located in the Gros neighbourhood, between the river mouth and Ulia Mountain. Gros neighbourhood is cosmopolitan, dynamic and young. The Zurriola beach, a 5 minute walk walking from the guesthouse, is always full of surfers and their boards. A lot of businesses related to catering and gourmet cooking, surf schools and charming shops have been opened.

From the Kursaal Congress Palace there is only a 10 minute walk across the marvellous Zurriola Walk. You could also visit a lot of art galleries and the new Contemporary Culture Centre, Tabakalera.

The old town, across the Kursaal Bridge, a 10 minute walk from the guesthouse, offers the most varied of our gastronomy and customs, such as eating pintxos (basque for “tapas”), a sumptupus dinner, or the most sophisticated drinks in town.

Grosen guesthouse’s location is not just a good opportunity to relax and enjoy this beautiful city, it is also strategic for visiting the places of most interest.
