Grosen Superior Apartment is located just next to our guesthouse. It is a modern and independent accomodation, adapted for people with reduced mobility. It was refurbished in 2014. It is located in the Gros neighbourhood, between the river mouth and Ulia Mountain. The Zurriola beach, a 5 minute walk walking from the guesthouse. From the Kursaal Congress Palace there is only a 10 minute walk across the marvellous Zurriola Walk, also to the old town and town centre.

It comprises 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of them adapted for people with reduced mobility, a big living-dining room with a sofa-bed and a flat screen TV set. Fully equipped kitchen and coffee maker free of charge. High speed free WIFI.

The rooms feature adaptable FLEX Multielastic beds: you can choose if you prefer to sleep in a double bed of 1,80 cm or in 2 beds of 90cm, just let us know before your arrival.

Close by you will find bars with pintxos, restaurants, supermarkets, a pharmacy, and all kind of shops where you can buy everything you need. The location is excellent , just a 5 minute walk from Zurriola Beach and a 10 minute walk from Kursaal Congress Palace and the old town.
